Booking & Deposits

How securing your date works.

Standard Booking

30% deposit

A non-refundable 30% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

Last-Minute Booking

Within 7 days of your event

A 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due no later than 24 hours before your event start time.

Confirmation

Deposit = confirmed date

Your booking isn't confirmed until your deposit is received — so don't wait too long to lock it in.

What's included, and how much does it cost?

Our booth starts at $599. This includes a premium backdrop and props, along with limited customization on 2x6 and 4x6 prints. To learn everything that's included for your specific event, submit an inquiry and we'll walk you through it.

Where are you based, and do you travel?

We're based in Orlando, Florida. We happily travel to events within a 60-mile radius at no extra charge — additional travel fees may apply for cities outside that radius.

Do you require a deposit to book?

Yes. A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event. For bookings made within 7 days of the event, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due no later than 24 hours before the event start time. Please note: your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
